Acceptance
By accessing or using Med46, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and territory
You must be at least 18 years old. Med46 is available in the United States at launch.
Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the content you upload and share.
Nature of the service
Med46 provides tools and information to help you organise and understand health information. Med46 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Call emergency services in an emergency.
User content and licence
You retain ownership of your content. You grant MED46 Inc a limited licence to process your content to operate, maintain, and improve the service you use.
AI features
AI features are optional and run only when you request them. Med46 does not use your content to train AI models. If a third party AI service is used to generate your requested output, your content is processed only to provide that output and to maintain the service, with retention off and training off.
Acceptable use
You will not use the service unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's data, or introduce malicious code.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans, if offered, are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You may request a refund at any time for any reason. We provide a no questions asked refund for the most recent charge to the original payment method. After a refund, we may close or downgrade the paid plan to prevent further charges. This policy does not limit rights that apply under your local law.
Intellectual property
Med46 and all related software, content, and branding are the property of MED46 Inc and its licensors.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of MED46 Inc for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Venue and jurisdiction are the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes.
